Complains Procedure


Customers can call the rental branch and discuss with manager to resolve, if cannot resolve please email our middlesbrough office:

This will then be escalated to our Operations manager to resolve, if this still cannot be resolved the complaint will be escalated to our Director. If the complaint cannot be resolved, we can move to the BVRLA resolutions team.
